Orbital polishing kit using the unique ACT technology developed by FerRobotics Compliant Robot Technology GmbH. ACT is a technology that automatically corrects the "difference" in contact pressure (force) that occurs during processing in grinding and polishing, which require skilled techniques, in response to dimensional tolerances, curved shapes, and non-flat surfaces of the workpiece at high speed. It also automatically corrects for gravitational load, allowing for consistent polishing/grinding at the set contact force. This technology can increase the speed at which devices or robots move along their paths, thereby improving processing speed and cycle time. Additionally, in robotic polishing and grinding, the ability to control the contact pressure through the expansion and contraction of the ACF itself means there is no need to move the heavy robot arm for correction, which further assists in improving the processing speed of robotic polishing. Furthermore, since it automatically corrects for tool load due to gravity, which varies with the angle of the robot, it maintains a consistent contact pressure from any angle, enabling a finish without processing inconsistencies.
